About Us

Island Coastal Aviation is an educational institution dedicated to quality pilot training. We realize that in the vast aviation industry, pilots play a small yet very crucial role. We are dedicated to assisting those looking for their role in the industry by removing the obstacles in their path to the best of our ability.

 

Island Coastal Aviation is a flight school regulated by the Private Training Institutions Branch (PTIB) of the Ministry of Advanced Education, Skills & Training making us a Designated Learning Institution (DLI #O110265135107). It also has become the subdivision of Canadian Aviation College.

 

We are located in the main terminal building of Pitt Meadows Airport at 18799 Airport Way. A 30-minute drive from Vancouver, Pitt Meadows airport is located right next to one of the main practice areas used for flight training which enables us to provide time and cost-efficient education. Surrounded by rivers and mountains to the North, this location offers the benefit of diverse terrain, thus providing a wide range of learning opportunities for those looking to take their training to an advanced level.
